Market context
In Minnesota, pediatric occupational therapist openings are often driven by school-based and outpatient needs, so candidates with pediatric experience and state licensure are commonly well positioned. These roles can be competitive because employers may look for accredited OT training, current or pending Minnesota licensure, and experience supporting children’s developmental and functional goals. Before applying, confirm your licensure status and review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time on the original posting.
