Market context
Direct Care Companion openings in Pennsylvania are often tied to ongoing needs in home and community-based support, so employers typically look for reliable candidates who can start with required clearances in progress. This role is competitive because it combines safety, mobility, and trust requirements, including a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to assist with lifting up to 200 lbs. Before applying, confirm you can obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances and review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here, which can save time compared with reading the full posting.
