Perform all phases of noninvasive peripheral vascular testing and operate diagnostic equipment for outpatient care. Evaluate study quality, correlate findings with other modalities, and ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
The primary responsibility involves all phases of noninvasive peripheral vascular testing.
The work is performed on outpatients in accordance with established procedures and protocols of the department under the direct supervision of the interpreting vascular physician.
The vascular technologist is responsible for all non-invasive vascular procedures in the vascular laboratory.
The technologist must show significant, independent judgment in performing all procedure and be able to deal with difficult or unusual situations.
Must be able to evaluate studies for technical quality and correlate with other modalities when appropriate.
This position pays $37.38 to $51.40 based on experience.
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
