The Social Services Assistant would assist the Social Worker in planning, organizing, and directing programs that facilitate the social, psychological, and physiological well-being of each resident. They would also help provide direct resident and family support; and act as a resident advocate.

• Qualifications: Social work experience preferred Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license Experience in long-term care preferred Ability to communicate effectively Knowledge of social services practices and procedures
