We are currently seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our Gilbert office on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone looking to be part of a supportive team while working in one dedicated office location. Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during a variety of clinical procedures. Take digital X-rays, impressions, intraoral scans, and clinical photographs. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment while maintaining OSHA and infection control standards. Place and remove orthodontic appliances as directed by the orthodontist. Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper care of braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances. Accurately document treatment notes and patient progress. Maintain inventory and assist with keeping the clinical area organized and efficient. Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. Qualifications Previous orthodontic assisting experience is required. Current Arizona dental assisting credentials are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude with a strong team-first mentality. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for providing outstanding patient care.
