Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current MN RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP, ANP or GNP.
Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the MN State Board of Medical Practice.
Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required
