We are seeking an experienced Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to join our growing surgical team. This full-time traveling position supports our oral surgeon between our Arcadia and Gilbert offices and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Assist the oral surgeon during a variety of surgical procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment. Take digital X-rays and assist with clinical documentation. Provide patients with pre-operative and post-operative instructions. Monitor patient comfort and deliver exceptional chairside support throughout treatment. Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards. Ensure operatories are stocked, organized, and ready for patient care. Travel with the oral surgeon between the Arcadia and Gilbert offices as needed. Support efficient daily clinical operations while providing an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Previous oral surgery assisting experience is required. Current dental assisting and X-ray certifications required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations. Strong knowledge of oral surgery procedures and surgical instrumentation. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment. Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
