This role combines direct behavioral health support with skill building, service coordination, resource linkage, and resident advocacy to help individuals maintain stable housing and achieve personal goals. Key Responsibilities Promotes and fosters a supportive, respectful, and inclusive community environment that enhances the well-being and stability of individuals and families served. Teaches and coaches individuals in life skills development, including financial literacy, employment readiness, housekeeping, shopping, and meal planning, while promoting tenant rights, independence, and self-advocacy. Supports the implementation of treatment plans, behavior plans, SMART goals, and recovery-oriented services. Provides resources and referrals to community agencies and service providers. Develops and maintains resource directories and tracks service utilization. Monitors external service providers to ensure continuity and quality of care. Assists residents in accessing benefits, healthcare, and social services.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age. Minimum HS diploma/GED and two (2) – three (3) years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; OR An associate degree and one (1) - two (2) years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; OR A Bachelor’s degree (related or non-related) in the behavioral health field plus one (1) year of relevant experience in behavioral health. Experience in working with multi-cultural and low socio-economic individuals. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must have a fingerprint clearance card issued by the AZ Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive one within eight (8) weeks of hire Must have reliable transportation, valid AZ Driver’s License with state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet and maintain Copa Health’s acceptable driving requirements. Requirements

Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma and 2-3 years of behavioral health experience, or a degree with less experience. A valid AZ driver's license and the ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card are required.
