Job Description: Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time)

At Ivy Rehab, our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.

With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Compensation

  • $90,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, total experience, CHT cert, etc.)
  • If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).
  • $7,500 welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Requirements

Must hold or have a pending Physical Therapist license in the treating state and be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Candidates should be team players with an eagerness to learn and an interest in pursuing clinical specialties.
