About the role

The Speech Language Pathologist implements skilled speech-language services and develops initial and ongoing treatment plans for patients. They are also responsible for discharge planning, case management, and maintaining positive interactions with staff and residents.

PRN Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity at Lake Pointe Village

  • The Speech Language Pathologist implements skilled speech-language services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and within the policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate patients and provides quality patient care
  • Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans
  • Develop discharge plans
  • Contribute to case management
  • Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
  • Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning speech therapy services
