Doctors on Duty (www.doctorsonduty.com) is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic full-time or Part-time Urgent Care physician with a strong background in Workers' Compensation (evaluation and treatment), Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Family Practice training, and Emergency Medicine. The role involves delivering timely care for non-life-threatening conditions, conducting occupational health assessments, and managing work-related injuries in compliance with California workers’ compensation guidelines. We provide fast and affordable medical services at several locations throughout California’s Central Coast, including Monterey, Salinas, and Santa Cruz.

Must be able to work on-site at our Salinas, CA Clinic.
Available Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6 pm. Saturday-Sunday 8 am - 5 pm.

Proof of identity and legal authority to work in the U.S. is a condition of employment.
Requires an MD or DO degree, an active California Medical License, DEA license, and BLS certification. Preference is given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in urgent care or occupational medicine.
