As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll work one-on-one in homes and communities, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (including Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and more).
You’ll serve as a mentor, advocate, and steady presence—helping each person build confidence, develop life skills, and live life on their terms.

What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities High school diploma or equivalent (18+) Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area We currently have priority afternoon shifts available from 1pm-4pm Mondays and Fridays in the Souderton area.
