We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assisted Living Community in Wyoming, MN!
This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.
This nurse schedule includes; Casual / on call Day/evening shift Must pick up three shifts a month; two being weekend shifts Meadows on Fairview Senior Living, is Ebenezer’s 51 Unit Assisted Living and Transitional Care Community located in Wyoming, MN near Highway 35, County Roads 8, and 61.

Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Required: Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse Current MN RN license AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice 0-1 years of experience Preferred: 0-3 years of experience TCU LPN/RN experience Basic computer skills Point Click Care knowledge

This position provides one flat hourly rate, with regular reviews to ensure competitiveness with themarket. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.

Requires a current MN RN license and BLS/CPR certification. Candidates must have an Associate Degree or Vocational/Technical training in nursing with 0-1 years of experience.
