Provides care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform according to location standards, procedures and individualized resident care plans.
Dependent on the location, participates in structured training sessions to acquire skills to obtain certification to provide a higher level of resident care.
Helps residents with outerwear or shoes as needed.
Assures residents' spiritual needs are met by willing and employees (Self or others).
Assists residents by passing snacks and trays, pouring beverages as needed, and maintaining pleasant dining atmosphere.
Assists residents in maintaining proper and clean appearance.

Keeps residents' living areas pleasant and orderly.
