MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education:
Experienced candidate(s) should have completed MRI training/competency via the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
Inexperienced candidate(s) at a minimum, must be certified in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy, Sonography, or Vascular Sonography.
Associate’s Degree preferred, but not required.
MRI experience preferred but not required.
Experienced candidate(s) must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
Inexperienced candidate(s) must be registered in X-Ray, Ultrasound, Nuclear
Medicine, or
Radiation
Therapy by one or more of the following agencies: “ARRT - The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists; ARDMS – The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, or NMTCB – The Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.”
MRI Certification via the ARRT or ARMRIT must be successfully completed within 9 months of hire.
American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS certification required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping, reaching (overhead, extensive, and repetitive);
Repetitive motion: computer keyboard. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50 - 100lbs. May be exposed to, cold, dust, noise, radiation, blood/body fluids and infectious disease. The pay range for this role is $41.00 - $56.50 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
