Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their home environment Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living space Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to prevent falls and ensure safety Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation
