City of Hope’s growing national system includes its Los Angeles campus, a network of clinical care locations across Southern California, a new cancer center in Orange County, California, and cancer treatment centers and outpatient facilities in the Atlanta, Chicago and Phoenix areas.

*This position will be located in Paces Ferry, off Howell Mill Rd in Atlanta, GA, but will require some training/orientation at the Newnan, GA location.*

To demonstrate support of the hospital mission and vision by providing nursing, case management/disease management services to clients and families to help in the coordination and management of individuals’ health needs through the full continuum, as needed. The Centers Registered Nurse demonstrates the ability to assess, coordinate, plan, monitor, implement and evaluate the patient’s plan of care while ensuring and facilitating the achievement of optimal quality, clinical and financial outcomes. Performs assessment of clinical and life issues for the patients of City of Hope. Provides professional nursing services in support of the physician, in the direct and indirect care of patients.

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include

  • Current Georgia RN license from an accredited college
  • BSN required or enrolled within 6 months of hire and BSN completed within three years from hire date
  • BLS (Obtain AHA certification within 30 days of hire)

Candidates must hold a current Georgia RN license and a BSN (or be enrolled to complete one within three years). BLS certification is required, and the ability to work a part-time schedule of three days per week is mandatory.
