We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Full-Time On-Call Caregiver to provide in-home care and serve as our primary on-call resource for emergency call-outs and staffing needs. This salaried non-exempt role also includes some light office & scheduling duties during the week. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality in-home personal care and support services to clients.
Be available for full on-call duties (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) except during approved time off.
Respond promptly to call-ins and provide care as needed.
Assist with light office tasks part-time during weekday business hours. Compensation
Annual base salary (salaried non-exempt position).
Overtime paid at 1.5x regular rate for all hours worked over 40 per week.
Paid full-time (even if hours worked/called-in are less)
