$72,675 - $85,404
Supplemental Pay: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Paid Mileage, Shift Diffs, Stipends
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the oversight of OT services ensuring the delivery of therapeutic interventions.
Minimum
Education: Graduation from a college or university, with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
Minimum
Experience: One year of experience as an occupational therapist required, with two years of SNF, hospital or inpatient rehab preferable. Home health experience also preferred. Other requirements may vary by case or department needs.
Required
License: Active Colorado OT license. Current CPR certification based on individual affiliate requirements. Valid Colorado driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance in accordance with state statute.
