We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Position: Social Worker, LMSW We seek a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker to provide clinical support to individuals enrolled in our Career Access Program.
The Clinician will play a critical role in supporting participants' emotional well-being, addressing mental health concerns, and ensuring their success in the program.

Career Access program is a community outreach initiative designed to offer vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities.

Master’s degree in social work or Mental Health Counseling, Currently licensed (LMHC or LMSW). Minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical counseling services, with a preference for experience in vocational rehabilitation or working with individuals with disabilities. Social Worker LMSW Principal Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling to clients in the Career Access Program. Assess and address mental health concerns that may impact the client’s ability to engage in vocational training and rehabilitation. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to support clients preferred. Work closely with the certified rehabilitation counselor, economic empowerment specialists, and other program staff to ensure holistic client support.
