Provide direct care, supervision, and support to individuals with serious mental illness in a crisis stabilization setting. Responsibilities include processing admissions, facilitating therapeutic groups, and maintaining a safe, recovery-oriented environment.

Preferred 6-12 months supervised experience (work, volunteer, or a combination) with at least one of the following populations: severely mentally ill (SMI/SPMI), developmentally disabled (DD), elderly, children, or other special needs populations.
A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred. Preferred candidates have 6-12 months of experience with special needs populations and a valid driver's license.
