In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and support positive outcomes for the residents we serve.

Conduct resident assessments and update care plans as needed Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the unit Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions Educate residents and families regarding health conditions and care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
