Market context

Cardiac monitoring roles are in steady demand

In Virginia, cardiac device monitoring coordinator roles are typically tied to growing outpatient cardiology and electrophysiology workflows, so demand often follows clinic volume and the need for reliable remote device follow-up. These roles can be competitive because employers usually want both cardiac device monitoring experience and medical office experience, with a college degree preferred in some postings. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to quickly compare fit, then confirm the specific device systems and scheduling expectations before applying.
