Provide nursing care to patients in the perioperative setting in collaboration with healthcare providers. Manage professional development and practice within the legal scope of care while acting as a patient advocate.
This part time position is for 8 hour shifts, 32 hours per week.
Schedule is dictated by the surgery schedule.
While this is primary to day shift, call rotation is a required and expected piece of the position.
The applicant must be within 45 minutes of the facility at all times while on call.
The position reports to the Director of Surgical Services.
Requires an Ohio RN license, an Associate's degree in Nursing, and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Must have at least one year of experience in OR, OR Circulation, and Critical Care.
