What You’ll Be Responsible For
Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards

Our team of specially trained nurses, rehabilitation therapists, and long term care professionals are dedicated to supporting each resident’s health and wellbeing, whether for short term stays or ongoing care. Must possess a current LPN licensure in the state of Minnesota. Strong communication skills are required, and experience in long-term care is preferred.
