Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures and patient care appointments Prepare treatment rooms and surgical instruments prior to procedures Ensure all equipment and materials are properly sterilized and organized Take and record patient vitals and assist with patient preparation for procedures Provide post operative instructions to patients as directed by the surgeon Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Follow infection control and sterilization protocols in accordance with practice policies and OSHA standards Support efficient patient flow and assist with room turnover between patients Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment Assist with inventory management and supply stocking as needed Travel to other practice locations when necessary to support clinical operations
Experience in dental/medical sterilization, preferred. Knowledge of CDC dental infection guidelines or willingness to learn Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
