Performs venipuncture on adult and pediatric patients. Provides educational instructions to patients regarding lab testing collection procedures and testing requirements. Works well with outside labs and has ability to communicate in a manner that promotes clinic and lab professionalism as well as comfortable phlebotomy. We have a team based approach to support Patient Centered Medical Home.
