Salary Range

USD $15.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide routine service that support the skilled nursing care delivered to patients and residents requiring rehabilitative or restorative care that serve to increase strength and mobility. Perform standard care duties of a Certified Nursing Assistant. Qualifications & Requirements Must be a certified CNA in good standing with the state (as required) 1+ years of experience in skilled nursing or long term care nursing preferred but not required 1+ years of experience with restorative care required Reliable transportation required

Requirements
