Salary Range

$26.50-$28.50 Status: Ongoing Full Time Assignment What you will do

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Medical Assisting experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist providers and nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient clinical environment.

CNA/MA Summary of Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily patient care duties including bathing, feeding, dressing, and assisting with mobility.
  • Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and patient history accurately.
  • Prepare exam rooms, instruments, and supplies for patient visits or minor procedures.
  • Assist providers with examinations, specimen collection, injections, and diagnostic tests.
  • Perform basic clinical tasks such as EKGs, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with infection control and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure quality and continuity of care.
  • Support team workflows by scheduling, rooming patients, and updating medical records.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Medical Assistant certificate and have at least one year of clinical experience. Proficiency in Spanish and current CPR/BLS certification are required for this role.
