Provide essential care and support to residents to maintain their quality of life under the supervision of nursing staff. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities and documenting patient information in electronic health records.

Our Work Environment Includes: Professional Growth Opportunities Employee Recognition Program Social Events Available Shifts: FT/CNA - (2p-10:15p)- Bath Aide at least two years' experience needed FT/CNA -(6a-6:15p) PT/CNA - (6a-2:15p) PT/CNA - (6p-10p) Our CNA Care Partners will: Provide a variety of services under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to maintain and support resident's quality of life.
Assist with daily living activities, including social interaction, community connection, dressing, feeding, and bathing.
Collaborate with Healthcare Team to develop and implement patient care plans Document timely and accurate information in electronic health records systems.
Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
Administer quality customer care so that we may help our residents live lives to their fullest.
We require our CNA Care Partners to: Be CNA certified and registered in the state of Nebraska (75-hour training program) Be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Have strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
