Job Description

Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities.

Position: Residential Administrative Assistant

Department

Residential - Cornerstone

Shift

Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Individual schedules can be determined with supervisor and within business needs/hours.

Salary Range

$30.69 to $40.08 (hourly). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree/equivalent of three years combined experience in billing, administrative services and human services required and/or ability to be qualified as a QMHA. At least two years, direct client interaction work experience preferred. History of working cooperatively in a team residential setting preferred. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
