Provide comprehensive nursing care and critical interventions for patients with urgent and life-threatening conditions in a Level I Trauma Center. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans and educate patients and their families.
BSN or currently enrolled. DC RN License, or eligibility At least 1 year of clinical experience in an emergency department or critical care setting is preferred. Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification within 1 year of hire Exceptional clinical skills and judgment. Strong ability to work under pressure and react effectively in emergencies.
