The Nurse Resident will provide comprehensive care for patients in a 31-bed inpatient acute care unit covering medical/surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care. After orientation, the resident will assume full responsibility for the patient's plan of care.

31-bed inpatient acute care unit offering comprehensive care for a variety of patient needs and acuity, including medical/surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care.

What can you expect?
The Nurse Residency program runs in tandem with your RN position here at Baystate Noble with the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry and IMC team. This inpatient acute care unit is the largest unit in the hospital and has the capability to care for a broad spectrum of patient acuity.
You will be hired as a Registered Nurse, offered a competitive nursing rate and after orientation, will assume responsibility for the patient's plan of care.
MA Registered Nurse License: American Heart Association BLS CPR (can be obtained after offer)

Candidates must be December Nurse Graduates with a Diploma in Nursing and a Massachusetts Registered Nurse License. Required certifications include BLS, with ACLS and PALS also listed as certifications.
