Market context

Texas OT roles stay consistently in demand

In Texas, occupational therapist roles are commonly sought across schools, rehabilitation settings, and healthcare facilities, so candidates should expect steady interest in licensed applicants. These positions are competitive because employers look for ACOTE-accredited training, NBCOT registration, and an active, unencumbered Texas license; benefits often include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and tailor your application to the setting you want.
