Family Service League is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program, which provides behavioral health services for adults who have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness. The ACT program is comprised of a multi-disciplined team including skilled staff in psychiatry, nursing, and social work. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for conducting screenings, providing medication management, and overseeing the nursing activities for the program.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New York required.
Minimum of 2 years of prior nursing experience required. Psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required; experience with an EHR preferred.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills required.
Valid and clean NYS Driver’s License required.
This position requires sitting for long periods of time and travelling to conduct home visits.
