Provide personal care and light housekeeping to hospice patients in homes and long-term care facilities. Observe and report patient status changes to the RN Case Manager while providing compassionate support to families.
HopeHealth is seeking an experienced hospice aide to care for patients in their homes and in long-term care facilities in various territories in Massachusetts including in the Attleboro area and surrounding communities.
The hospice aide provides personal care and light housekeeping duties as directed by the plan of care. In this very special position, you will get to spend quality time with your patients providing them with the compassionate care they need. At HopeHealth hospice aides are a beloved member of the interdisciplinary hospice team.
The duties of a hospice aide are planned and assigned by a professional nurse to meet the patient and family situation.
