Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care. Primary responsibilities include direct patient care, patient/family teaching, symptom management, counseling, and supportive role to assist the patients and their families. May require specialized skills depending on location/unit/specialty assignment.

Requires a nursing diploma or associate degree and at least one year of nursing experience. Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification.
