We’re seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our team to serve at different facilities in the Milledgeville, GA area. The ideal candidate is someone who works well in a team environment, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and problem-solving skills. Fulfills all legal and regulatory requirements, including evaluation, selection, procurement and distribution of drugs, counseling and professional consultation Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as policies of the hospital and PharmD on Demand Interprets physician medication orders Compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals and related products for patient care by performing related duties Utilizes pharmaceutical equipment to include automated dispensing machines, Laminar Flow Hoods and compounding equipment. Represents the hospital and PharmD on Demand in a positive and professional manner Maintains customer confidentiality at all times Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices Exercises sound judgment in decision-making Interacts effectively with diverse individuals Maintains professionalism in all situations Uses time effectively and efficiently
