Perform general and vascular ultrasound scans for patients in various healthcare facilities and homes. Responsible for maintaining equipment, uploading studies to PACS, and writing technical impression reports.
Mobile Ultrasound Technologist (General/Vascular)
1. Prepare patients for ultrasound examinations and answer any questions they may have. 2. Perform general and vascular ultrasound scans to assess and identify areas of concern. 3. Notify appropriate medical staff immediately of any abnormalities requiring urgent attention.
Equipment Maintenance and Reporting
1. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal functionality. 2. Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or issues. 3. Upload completed studies into the online PACS system and accurately mark records as complete.
Documentation and Communication
1. Prepare clear and concise technical impression reports summarizing findings. 2. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all examination results.
Work Environment and Collaboration
1. Manage multiple patients efficiently while adapting to a fast-paced environment. 2. Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with team members as needed.
