  • Range: $24.00 - $30.00 HourlyMake a Difference in the Lives of Youth Center for Positive Changes (CFPC) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team serving youth in our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP). This is an opportunity to provide meaningful therapeutic support to youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges while working alongside licensed clinicians, residential staff, social workers, probation officers, and community partners. If you're passionate about trauma-informed care, behavioral health, and helping youth build healthy coping skills, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Qualifications
  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A qualified candidate must meet the requirements for one (1) or more of the following: 1. Master’s degree or PhD AND at least two (2) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) direct care experience working in a mental health setting as a specialist in the fields of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment. OR 2. Bachelor’s degree AND at least four (4) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) direct care experience working in a mental health setting as a specialist in the fields of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment. OR 3. Associate’s Arts degree AND at least six (6) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) direct care experience working in a mental health setting as a specialist in the fields of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment.

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in a relevant field paired with specific direct care experience: a Master's/PhD with 2 years, a Bachelor's with 4 years, or an Associate's with 6 years. Experience must be in a mental health setting focusing on physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment.
