The Registered Radiation Therapist provides timely and effective services to all patients within the Radiology Oncology department. Responsibilities include performing duties outlined in the department's policy manual and maintaining clinical competencies through educational programs.

The Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT) will provide services, timely and effectively, at appropriate levels to all patients and in all settings by the department. Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT) will also perform tasks and duties as outlined in the Radiation Oncology Department's Policy and Procedures Manual; will assist in assigned administrative tasks and will maintain clinical competencies through participation in educational and orientation programs.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Candidates must have completed an accredited Radiation Therapy Program and hold a National Registered Technologist - Radiation Therapy certification. Completion of clinical rotations from an accredited program is also required.
