Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed Document and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors

Requirements

Prior caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication skills and a dependable, punctual work ethic CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Ability to assist with physical tasks such as lifting and transferring clients About Us: A Place At Home Towson, operated by Springboard Care Services LLC, is a trusted in-home senior care provider dedicated to helping clients live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
