Market context

Texas EP roles need advanced subspecialty training

In Texas, cardiac electrophysiologist roles are typically driven by ongoing demand for arrhythmia care, device management, and ablation services in hospital and specialty practice settings. These positions are competitive because employers usually want board certification in cardiovascular disease plus EP fellowship training, along with hands-on experience in rhythm device implantation and catheter-based ablation. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this page against the original posting, and confirm whether your EP procedure experience matches the role before applying.
