What you will do
Deliver direct, compassionate care based on individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
Accurately document care and maintain records.
Collaborate with the care team and support residents’ well-being.
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Must hold a current LPN or RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
