The Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab is responsible for evaluating patients, assisting physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, and providing comprehensive nursing care throughout the patient's procedural experience. The RN will plan, implement, coordinate, and document individualized patient care while ensuring adherence to evidence-based nursing practices and organizational standards.
This position requires an experienced Cath Lab circulating nurse with strong knowledge of interventional cardiac procedures, hemodynamic support devices, and electronic documentation systems.

· Evaluate patients and assist physicians during Cardiac Catheterization procedures.
· Plan, implement, coordinate, and document individualized nursing care based on patient assessments.
· Perform ongoing patient assessments and determine priorities for care.
· Develop and implement patient-specific plans of care.
· Perform therapeutic nursing interventions throughout the procedural process.
· Manage patient care before, during, and after procedures.
· Accurately document nursing care according to clinical standards and patient acuity.
· Advocate for evidence-based practice and support quality improvement initiatives.
· Deliver patient-centered care consistent with professional nursing practice standards.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Soft Skills / Clinical Experience: · Circulation during pacemaker insertion procedures
· Pulmonary Embolism case experience
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment
Preferred Experience: · Critical Care experience
· Prior experience with EPIC
· Prior experience with Sensis
· Electrophysiology (EP) experience
