Generations at Applewood in Matteson, IL, has an immediate opening for a MDS Nurse (RN or LPN) Salary is $89k-94k depending if a RN, MDS Certification and experience. Salary for a LPN is $84k-$89k also depending on MDS RAC-T Certification Required as well as experience.

Requirements: of the MDS Nurse:
Current RN or LPN licensed from the State of Illinois American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination (AANAC) certification preferred RAC-T Certified Knowledge of Minimum Data Set (MDS), ICD-10 Coding Two (2) to three (3) years of applicable experience as a MDS Nurse Must be CPR Certified Experience in a long term care setting Generations at Applewood is an Equal Opportunity Employer
