In our skilled nursing facility, nurses are at the heart of everything we do-supporting residents through each stage of care while promoting comfort, safety, and independence. If you're a nurse who values strong teamwork, clear communication, and meaningful patient connections, this is a place where you can thrive. What You'll Do Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents closely and report changes in condition Communicate with physicians, families, and care team members Perform clinical procedures (tube feedings, wound care, catheterization, suctioning, etc.) Order medications, equipment, and supplies as needed Advocate for residents' needs, preferences, and care plans Complete accurate, timely documentation
