The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. GENERAL PURPOSE Performs CT exams by following and verifying referring providers' orders and remaining in compliance with the Imaging Sciences department and all governing bodies with regular direct supervision or guidance from a more senior technologist. Responsible for performing I-stats, pregnancy tests, starting IV's, scanning patients in a safe and efficient manner, Injecting IV contrast, preparing oral contrast, completing all associated paper and computer work, and discharging the patient from the CT department with appropriate post CT instructions.
Other duties as assigned.

Requires completion of formal training from an approved School of Radiologic Technology or equivalent experience. Must hold current NYS licensure as a Radiologic Technologist and ARRT certification.
