Assists in performing a variety of technical procedures in the application of high frequency ultrasound waves to patients for diagnostic purposes. Uses highly skilled techniques to assist in clinical decision making, with guidance from senior Sonographers while working towards obtaining sound knowledge of cardiology, cardiovascular hemodynamics, doppler physics/instrumentation, cardiac and vascular ultrasound technologies.
8 AM-4: 30 pm; on call wknds/Hols

Requires an Associate's degree and 2 years of experience in cardiac imaging or completion of an accredited training program. RDCS/RCS certification and BLS status are mandatory.
