Work Shift: Day (United States of America)
The Licensed Practical Nurse functions under the direction of the Physician, Nurse Supervisor and Practice Manager. The LPN recognizes the patient's needs and symptoms in advance and provides care for the patient under the physician's direction. This includes preparing patients for exams, assisting during treatments, coordination of tests and follow-up care and recording treatment in medical record.
The LPN helps with patient and family education and demonstrates competency and skills to serve patients of all ages.

Candidates must hold a Practical or Vocational Nursing Diploma and a current LPN license in the State of Georgia. A current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required prior to the hire date.
